Law Enforcement Background; Computer Forensics Case Experience:

Over ten years experience in state law enforcement, including computer forensics, criminal investigations, internal affairs, information technology, supervision of agents, coordination of programs and planned actions, and personnel training. Computer forensic experience gained through both personal experience conducting forensic analysis and supervisory experience in managing the Franchise Tax Board's (FTB) Computer Forensics Program state wide. Charged with and successfully completed the task of creating and maintaining state of the art computer forensic program within the FTB.  Computer forensics investigation experiences include individual PCs to major networks, email investigations, internet chat investigations, network intrusion investigations.
